Installing The VMB Transit Support Kit

VMB is providing a free upgrade kit to owners of TL-A400, TL-A500, and HDT-8 series lifts. The upgrade adds supports which carry the load of the profiles during transportation. This will take the weight off of the SRS and ALS systems during transport, improving reliability and extending the service life of your lift.

The kit consists of the following items:

• (1) 4030B – STOP BRACKET FOR PROFILE 5
• (3) 4031B – STOP BRACKET FOR PROFILES 2, 3, and 4
• (4) 7246 – M8 x 25 FLAT HEAD SCREW, HEX

Installation of the Transport Support Kit is simple. It will require enough space to elevate the lift to near maximum height. Watch the installation procedure in the video below.
