No product will be released without pre-payment or credit terms. Prepayment will be accepted for orders until your terms are established. Please allow two weeks for processing and approval of payment terms and limit. No returns without prior authorization will be accepted. Restocking fees may be assessed on returned merchandise. A fee of $55 will be assessed on all returned checks. Applicant shall notify Creative Stage Lighting Co., Inc. in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to any change in ownership, which will include a complete credit application from the new owner. Creative Stage Lighting Co., Inc may, regardless of invoice terms require all outstanding amounts due be paid in full on demand upon notice of change of ownership. The Applicant agrees to pay for all invoices according to the terms specified on the invoice. A 1.5% per month service charge is added to amounts over 30 days past terms. A waiver of any one service charge(s) shall not be deemed to be a waiver of future charges. If suit is brought upon the above collection, Dealer further agrees to pay reasonable collection and attorney fees and that any action shall be adjudicated in the courts of the state New York or Federal Courts situated in New York and the Dealer hereto submits itself to jurisdiction of said courts for such purpose. Wherein any fax or electronic signature will appear it shall be treated as an original signature.
